The variety is intended for grain production and forage purposes, including silage preparation and livestock grazing. It provides energy and protein-balanced feed with a grain protein content of 12–15%. Dry matter yield is 18–20 tons per hectare.
The plant reaches a height of 1.5–2.5 m, has a strong, medium-thickness stem, and dark green leaves. The variety belongs to the mid-season group; it requires soil with a temperature above 10°C for sowing, and cultivation on irrigated or moisture-sufficient lands with a seeding rate of 25–30 kg/ha is preferred.
