The variety was developed from local sweet sorghum populations in the northeastern regions of Bulgaria. It is intended for forage production and industrial processing, demonstrating high efficiency when used in organic agriculture.

When harvested at the physiological maturity stage of seeds, stem yield reaches 50–55 t/ha, and with two cuts at the heading stage, green mass yields up to 59.5 t/ha. The variety possesses high juice quality characteristics, containing more than 17% soluble solids.
