The hybrid belongs to the early or mid-early maturity group with a vegetation period of 90 to 105 days. The plant reaches a height of 70 to 115 cm and forms a semi-open type panicle.

The grain has a red, bronze, or red-bronze color, contains 10–15% protein and 70–80% starch. The crop is characterized by resistance to lodging, shattering, and a number of smut species.

The product is used for feed purposes for livestock, poultry, and fish, and is also used in the production of alcohol and biofuel.
