The variety is used as a decorative indoor plant. Unlike some other Spathiphyllum varieties, the flowering of Cervin is not related to day length or temperature regimes below 26°C.

To initiate the flowering process, the plant must reach a certain level of vegetative mass development. Studies have shown that the formation of generative organs occurs after the plant has developed approximately 7 shoots and no fewer than 24 leaves.
