The variety has a fine-leaf texture with leaves that fold, giving the lawn an elegant appearance. The plant is characterized by a stoloniferous growth habit and high vigor, which ensures rapid recovery after trampling and effective weed suppression.
It is distinguished by high drought tolerance due to a deep root system and good shade tolerance. The variety produces few inflorescences, which reduces the level of allergens. The recommended mowing height is 20–50 mm in full sun and 50–70 mm when grown in shade.
