The plant forms a bushy, vertically oriented habit. Growth at a young age is moderately fast: after 10 years, the tree reaches approximately 2.5 m in height, and at maturity, it grows up to 4 m.
Cultivation requires sunny or semi-shaded areas protected from the wind. Humic, moist soils with an acidic or neutral reaction are preferred. The plant is used in landscape design as a solitary specimen or as part of decorative groups.
