The variety is a compact evergreen perennial herbaceous plant forming a rosette of oblong pubescent dark green leaves with pronounced venation. Belongs to the Marleen series.
The flowers are tubular, bilabiate, of a deep purple or blue hue, with dark veins and a white or yellowish throat. The plant is intended for cultivation in home conditions, offices, or winter gardens, and is distinguished by abundant flowering from spring to autumn.
The plant prefers bright diffused light or partial shade. When cultivating varieties of this series, problems associated with insect infestation rarely arise.
