The Malá Marietta variety is an ornamental annual plant with a height of about 20–25 cm. The inflorescences are simple, with a diameter ranging from 4 to 6 cm.

The petal color is yellow with a distinct brown or red-brown spot in the central part of the flower. In some catalogs, the variety may appear under the name «Малышка Мариетта».
