The variety is intended for the production of pharmaceutical raw materials. Its key feature is an increased parthenolide content, which ranges from 0.9 to 1.12% compared to 0.2–0.4% in standard raw materials.

The cultivation and primary processing technology for this variety are similar to the cultivation methods for Matricaria chamomilla. The plant is a perennial herbaceous representative of its species.
