The variety is characterized by rapid growth, reaching a height of 180 to 260 cm. The erect, sturdy stems are dark purple in color, bearing grey-green pinnately dissected foliage with a purple hue. Small flowers are gathered into large, loose paniculate inflorescences with purple-pink buds, white sepals, and creamy-yellow stamens.
The plant prefers moist, humus-rich, slightly acidic soils and locations with exposure ranging from full sun to partial shade. The variety is resistant to lodging and maintains an upright form without staking. Flowering occurs from July to August, with a possible second flush in September. Vegetative propagation is recommended to maintain varietal characteristics.
