The variety is a hybrid obtained involving Torenia fournieri and other species, for example, Torenia baillonii. The plant possesses a good ability for stem branching, which allows it to be used as an ornamental hanging culture in hanging baskets and containers.

The flowers are characterized by a large size and bright purple coloration. The flowering period in temperate climate conditions lasts from June to November. The variety is distinguished by its resistance to high temperatures and high garden vigor.
