Variety description

The variety forms a lush, bushy habit. The leaves are characterized by a vibrant ornamental coloration: the upper side of the leaf is colored a rich green, and the lower side a contrasting intense purple. Compared to other Tradescantia varieties, this cultivar has a slow growth rate.
The plant is intended for interior landscaping as an ornamental potted crop. It prefers bright, diffused light but is capable of adapting to less illuminated areas. It requires cultivation in well-drained soil with moderate watering as the top layer of the substrate dries out.
