Variety description

The plant is a bushy rhizomatous perennial with glossy broad-lanceolate leaves of a deep green color. The height of a mature specimen is usually 35–40 cm.
Flowering lasts from July to October. The flowers are star-shaped, with petals colored light lilac with small burgundy or purple spots.
The variety is winter hardy (USDA zone 4–9). Successful growth requires moist, well-drained soil, while the plant is well adapted for container cultivation and arrangements in partially shaded areas.
