Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant is an annual capable of reaching a height of up to 75 cm. Flowers are gathered in compact spherical inflorescences. The species derives its name from the fact that the fruit pods darken or turn black during maturation.

In the spring period, the variety begins vegetation later compared to other annual clovers. At a young age, the plant provides nutritious forage mass; however, as it develops, the stems quickly become coarse and lignified.
