Variety description

The variety is a perennial herbaceous plant forming dense clumps with a deep taproot and underground rhizomes. The erect stems are usually glabrous, ranging from 20 to 60 cm in height, and up to 1 m under favorable conditions.
The leaves are trifoliate, gray-green in color, with narrow-elliptic or oblong leaflets with a serrated margin and silvery hairs. The inflorescences are cone-shaped; flowering occurs from June to July.
The variety is adapted to dry habitats and is intended for use in agriculture as a promising forage crop.
