The variety is a winter form of triticale. Agronomic reports note high lodging resistance of the plants.

In studies, the variety was considered as a subject for the analysis of high-molecular-weight grain proteins, and was also evaluated in the context of bioethanol production and feed quality. The variety shows specific resistance to powdery mildew, while susceptibility to rust infection is possible depending on conditions.
