The variety, also known as Barbara Ann, was obtained through controlled cross-pollination of parental lines MS122 and G292. The plant possesses high growth vigor and forms a semi-upright bush. The variety belongs to the highbush group with a high chilling requirement exceeding 800 hours.

The berries of the variety are distinguished by their very large size, firm texture, and medium-blue color (RHS 98D shade). Flavor characteristics are described as a combination of medium sweetness and high acidity. The variety is highly productive, intended for commercial cultivation and fresh market sales.
