The plant has a compact habit, reaching a height of 15–30 cm with a bush width of 45 to 90 cm. Leaves are dark green, with serrated edges. Flowers are cardinal red and gathered in large inflorescences; the flowering period lasts from spring until frost.
The variety is adapted for USDA zones 7–10 and tolerates temperature drops down to -4…-7°C. Due to its ability to spread actively, it is used as a ground cover plant, as well as for landscaping flower beds, borders, rock gardens, and container gardening.

Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
