Variety description

10 August 2026

The Frinebo variety is a tall-growing plant with a late maturity period. During agronomic trials, a tendency of the stems to lodge was noted, due to which the variety is considered less suitable for conditions with a high risk of this process.

The plant is intended for use in animal husbandry. In reports from the early 1990s, the yield of the variety was characterized as good; however, in terms of resistance indicators and maturity timing, Frinebo was inferior to newer breeding forms of that period.
