The variety belongs to winter forms of common vetch. Its primary purpose is the production of fodder mass, including hay and silage, both in monoculture and in mixed sowings with cereal crops.

The breeding of the variety is aimed at achieving productivity in both green mass and seeds. Under the conditions of growing winter varieties, there is a risk of lodging and potential losses during harvesting in periods with increased precipitation levels.
