The plant possesses a striking architectural form and a soft, tropical appearance due to its wide curved leaves. The variegated foliage color maintains high color saturation. At maturity, the shrub reaches a height and width of about 90–120 cm, generally without forming a distinct trunk.
The variety is adapted to heat and drought, prefers well-drained soils, and is sensitive to waterlogging. It is recommended for USDA hardiness zones 7–10 and withstands temperature drops down to -12°C. Propagation is carried out via tissue culture to maintain color stability.
