The hybrid was obtained by crossing parental lines B73Ht and HBA1. The plant is distinguished by an increased total height, which contributes to higher silage mass yield, while the ear is positioned lower than in comparable varieties of a similar maturity group.
Grain yield indices correspond to the variety DK 656; however, the hybrid outperforms it in a number of agronomic characteristics, including increased lodging resistance and a pronounced "stay-green" effect at the end of the growing season.
