The plant belongs to the mid-early maturity group and possesses well-developed morphology. The grain type of the hybrid is flint-dent. This variety is characterized by high early growth vigor during the initial stages of development.
The hybrid demonstrates excellent resistance to drought conditions, as well as tolerance to common maize diseases, including Fusarium, Helminthosporium, and common smut. There is a modified form, Asteri Duo, which possesses increased tolerance to cycloxydim-based herbicides.
The main use of the crop is grain production. The hybrid is also characterized by a high yield potential of dry matter with an optimal starch-to-cellulose ratio. The recommended plant density before harvest is 75–80 thousand per hectare.
