The hybrid is characterized by early maturity, with a growing season of 61 to 80 days. Plant height ranges from 180–220 cm. The plants are noted for their strong stalks and resistance to lodging.

The ears have a cylindrical shape, with a length of 18–24 cm and a weight (husked) of 330 to 460 g. The kernels are bright yellow, arranged in 16–18 rows. The dense husk coverage of the ear hinders pest damage, particularly from corn earworm larvae.
