The DK 300 hybrid was used in scientific research on plant physiology, as well as for studying disease resistance, in particular to Fusarium. In agronomic climate impact assessment models, it is classified as a mid-season variety.

This hybrid is not a modern market product and is not represented in current seed company catalogs. Specific agronomic characteristics, such as plant height or yield indicators, are absent in open sources due to its long-standing withdrawal from circulation.
