The hybrid belongs to the early-maturing group (FAO 210). Under specific cultivation conditions under plastic cover, it may show signs of a mid-late variety.

The main purpose is forage use, including the production of feed for horses. Seeds of the hybrid were available for organic farming.

Dry matter and starch content are characterized as moderate. During the 2000s to early 2010s, the hybrid was included in recommended lists for cultivation in Ireland and the UK.
