The hybrid belongs to the late maturity group and has a dent grain type. The plants are tall and strong, with good initial growth vigor and relatively early flowering for its group. The ears are large, with good fertilization, typically containing 16 rows of grains with 34 grains per row.
The grain is distinguished by an increased test weight of about 784 g/l and a high protein content, averaging 9.6% with a maximum of up to 12.5%. The hybrid is characterized by a pronounced Stay green effect, high resistance to Fusarium ear rot, Helminthosporium leaf blight, and good tolerance to drought, temperature stress, and the European corn borer.
For cultivation, intensive technology using fertilizers is recommended. The optimal density at harvest time is from 70 to 80 thousand plants per hectare under sufficient moisture conditions and 60 thousand plants per hectare in zones with insufficient moisture.
