The Miloxan YG variety is a GMO hybrid containing the biotechnological event MON810 (YieldGard). The hybrid belongs to the 600 cycle according to the FAO classification and is intended for cultivation for grain.
Due to genetic modification, the variety possesses built-in resistance to the European corn borer Ostrinia nubilalis and the Mediterranean corn stalk borer Sesamia nonagrioides.
