The hybrid NK Magitop (also known as NK Magitop S 240 or S 250) belongs to mid-early or mid-season forms. The main direction of use is silage production, as well as use as raw material for biogas production.

The plant possesses economic and biological characteristics regarding dry matter content in stems and cobs. The hybrid features the "Stay Green" trait, expressed in the ability of leaves and stems to maintain green color during the grain ripening period.
