The hybrid forms plants about 265 cm tall with the ear located at a level of 105 cm. The ear contains 16–18 rows of kernels, with 28–32 kernels in each row. The thousand kernel weight is 335–360 grams.
The plant is characterized by good initial growth energy and lodging resistance. The hybrid possesses tolerance to common smut, head smut, ear and stalk fusariosis, and helminthosporiosis. Adapted to various growing conditions, including arid ones, and tolerates high plant density.
