The hybrid is a product of crossing inbred lines PH1KTF and PH1V5T. Depending on the classification, it belongs to late-maturing (FAO 580) or mid-late (FAO 460) varieties. The grain is yellow in color, of flint-dent or dent type.
The average plant height is 231.5 cm; ears are attached at a height of about 89.5 cm. Yield in production conditions reaches 12–15 t/ha. Grain composition indicators include a thousand kernel weight of 261.2 g, protein content of 6.5%, and starch content of 70.4%.
Plants are resistant to lodging and tolerant to Helminthosporium leaf blight and smut diseases. The hybrid is suitable for minimum tillage and monoculture. Recommended density at the time of harvest is from 50 to 60 thousand plants per hectare, depending on the moisture level.
