The hybrid is characterized by tall plant height and high ear placement. It possesses good resistance to stalk lodging, high drought tolerance, and resistance to smut diseases. The grain of the hybrid is noted for rapid moisture loss.
The plant is suitable for cultivation in monoculture and under minimum tillage conditions. Sowing during optimal and late periods is recommended. The density at harvest under sufficient moisture is 75–80 thousand plants/ha, under insufficient moisture — 65–70 thousand plants/ha; for silage, the rate is increased.
