Hybrid PR39K09 (Lipessa) is characterized by medium stem height and medium ear size. The plant leaves have slight corrugation and medium serration. Plants retain a green color at the time of maturity, making the hybrid suitable for silage harvesting.

The variety is distinguished by a high grain moisture loss rate and resistance to stem breakage, heat, and drought. The grain contains an increased protein level. The hybrid responds well to intensive cultivation technologies and is suitable for growing in flat and hilly areas.

When growing for grain, a stand density of 60–65 thousand plants per hectare is recommended (up to 70 thousand under irrigation). When using the crop for silage, the sowing density can be increased to 80–100 thousand plants per hectare.
