The hybrid is intended for food use. The grain expansion volume ratio upon popping averages 45.4 cm³/g. In competitive trials from 2013–2015, grain yield was 3.44 t/ha.

In scientific research, the hybrid is used as a tester for evaluating the combining ability of other lines due to its stable popping performance. Recommended for cultivation in the Steppe zone.
