The Starshine F1 hybrid belongs to the SU-type sweet corn group. Average plant height is 210 cm. Morphological characteristics of the ear include a length of up to 20 cm, a diameter of about 5.3 cm, and the presence of 14-16 rows of yellow kernels, characterized by a high yield per ear.

The plant is distinguished by good adaptability to various soil and climatic conditions and is suitable for cultivation in open field and protected cultivation. It possesses high resistance to maize rust (Puccinia sorghi) and moderate resistance to southern corn leaf blight (Bipolaris maydis).

The hybrid is intended for sale in the fresh produce market and for industrial processing, and is suitable for early planting.
