The hybrid is characterized by a waxy grain type and belongs to the mid-maturing group with an FAO 330 rating. The plants possess high early growth vigor and demonstrate the ability for rapid grain moisture loss during the ripening period.

The hybrid possesses resistance to stalk and root lodging, as well as to drought conditions. High resistance to common smut, ear fusariosis, and southern corn leaf blight is noted, with moderate resistance to bacteriosis.
