The plant reaches a height of 180–200 cm. Ear length is 15–25 cm. The variety is early-maturing, with a ripening period of about 75–80 days. The crop is notable for high adaptability and is capable of producing a yield in the conditions of the middle zone.
The variety is dual-purpose. At the milk stage, the kernels have a sweet taste and are suitable for fresh or boiled consumption. At full maturity, the kernels, which contain anthocyanins, are used for making flour, popcorn, or for decorative purposes.
