The hybrid belongs to early-maturing varieties with an FAO 200 maturity group. The main application is cultivation for silage; the variety is included in specialized lists as maize for silage production from the entire plant mass.
During selection trials, the variety was evaluated for cell wall digestibility, which determines its effectiveness as a forage crop. The hybrid is registered under the breeding line code RH 0729.
