The three-way maize hybrid DANIIL is characterized as mid-early (FAO 280) and is intended for use for both grain and silage in all agro-climatic zones. The plant reaches a height of 250 cm, has a red stem with no tendency to tiller, and approximately 18 leaves. The cone-cylindrical ear is attached at a height of 90 cm and reaches 20-25 cm in length.
The hybrid grain is of the dent type, yellow in color, and the thousand kernel weight is 300-320 g. The grain yield potential is 135-140 c/ha, and silage mass yield is 560-680 c/ha. The hybrid possesses high resistance to lodging, heat and drought tolerance, and also exhibits the ability of the stem to remain green during ear maturation.
