The DB Tyras corn hybrid is early-maturing (FAO 180-190). The plant reaches a height of 230–240 cm. The grain is of the dent type and yellow-orange in color; the thousand kernel weight is 280–300 g.
The hybrid is intended for grain cultivation. At a plant density of 90 thousand plants per hectare, grain yield in trials was 11.16–12.28 t/ha.
