The variety Dias is a development of the Cereal Institute, which is part of the Greek organization HAO-DEMETER. In scientific literature, it is mentioned in the context of agrotechnical experiments conducted in Northern Greece, in particular, in research on irrigation water quality.
This hybrid should not be confused with the Ukrainian hybrid DN Demetra, the description of which is often found in agricultural catalogs. Public data on the variety Dias is limited to the fact of its existence as an object of the institute's breeding and research work.
