The hybrid was intended for grain and silage production. It was characterized by a low stalk ratio and a high proportion of ears in the total plant mass, which provided good nutritional values for silage. In field trials, plant height ranged from 209.7 to 274.2 cm.
The variety was actively used in the late 1990s and early 2000s, including in genetically modified versions such as Roundup Ready. In agronomic publications of that time, it was frequently used as a reference hybrid when conducting comparative studies on yield and adaptability.
