The hybrid is a vigorous plant up to 230 cm tall. The ears are 21–26 cm long, 5.0–5.3 cm in diameter, and contain 16–20 rows of large golden-yellow kernels 12–13 mm high.
The plant possesses high resistance to rust (races Rp1-d, Rp1-i), as well as intermediate resistance to maize dwarf mosaic virus and northern corn leaf blight. The hybrid's grain is characterized by a high sugar content that is maintained after harvest.
