The hybrid is characterized by medium plant height and low ear placement. The ear contains 14–16 rows with 28–30 grains each, the thousand kernel weight is 310–330 g. The genetic base of the plant includes the Tropical Dent family.
The plant possesses high early growth vigor and a high rate of grain moisture loss. The hybrid is resistant to lodging, Fusarium ear and stalk rot, Helminthosporium, common smut, and head smut, and is also adapted to water stress conditions.
The recommended plant density at harvest is 65–70 thousand plants per hectare for zones with sufficient moisture and 50–60 thousand plants per hectare for zones with insufficient moisture.
