The KWS LIONEL hybrid belongs to the early-maturing group (FAO 190) and is intended for cultivation for grain and silage. The plant possesses high cold tolerance at the initial stages of development and is characterized by intensive moisture loss during the ripening period.

The variety has good resistance to diseases. The potential grain yield reaches 120 c/ha with a starch content of about 74%.
