The crop possesses high resistance to lodging, root and stalk rots, as well as high cold tolerance and drought tolerance. The plant is characterized by rapid initial growth and intensive moisture loss during ripening.
When cultivating using classical or minimum tillage technology, it is recommended to avoid high rates of sulfonylurea herbicides. The best yield potential indicators are achieved in the Polesia and Forest-Steppe zones.
