Morphological traits include indicators of dry and specific mass of internodes, as well as the ratio of ear height to total plant height, which affects lodging resistance. Lodging resistance can be adjusted by the application of growth regulators, such as ethephon.
The hybrid was studied for its response to low temperatures and water stress. In experiments assessing the efficiency of zinc utilization, the variety was classified as Zn-inefficient.
