The hybrid has a dent grain type and belongs to the mid-season maturity group with FAO 320; in certain regions, it is classified as mid-late with FAO 350. It shows high resistance to drought, stalk and root lodging, as well as to main diseases, including rots, helminthosporiosis, and common smut.
The grain features good moisture release during ripening and a balanced protein and starch content. Intended uses include processing for grain, starch, and ethanol; silage harvesting is possible in some regions.
The hybrid is adapted to high-density planting. With sufficient moisture, a density of 70–75 thousand plants per hectare is recommended; with insufficient moisture, 60–65 thousand plants per hectare. Early and optimal sowing dates are recommended.
