The hybrid belongs to the late-maturing group with an FAO index of 400 and forms dent-type grain. Plants are tall, characterized by vigorous development and optimal ear placement. The hybrid possesses tolerance to stalk and root lodging, as well as high resistance to smut diseases.

Optimum® AQUAmax® technology provides the crop with increased water use efficiency and yield stability under water deficit conditions. The hybrid is intended primarily for grain production, but use for silage is permitted. It is suitable for cultivation in steppe and forest-steppe conditions, as well as under irrigation.

The variety is adapted to monoculture and minimum tillage. The recommended plant density is 60–65 thousand plants/ha under sufficient moisture and 55–60 thousand plants/ha under limited moisture. It is not recommended to delay harvest dates.
