The variety belongs to the early-maturing sweet corn group. In scientific publications, it often appears as highly sensitive (susceptible) to late wilt caused by the fungus Magnaporthiopsis maydis.
In comparative trials, the variety demonstrated relatively high resistance to European corn borer damage, which contributed to the preservation of grain yield compared to other varieties.
